Sounds and Music

A child's curiousity with respect to the sounds begins from the womb, where the humming and gentle beating sounds of the mother's heart are the only constants in the foetus's fast developing life. As the child comes into the world is surrounded by various sounds and noises. Babies and children detect softer and harsher tones in the parents' voice that signals them and guides them in their non-verbal life. Children learn to band and beat their toys so they can get an expected outcome of the noise.
